  • FEATURES: * High sensitivity to CH4,Natural gas. * Small sensitivity to alcohol, smoke. * Fast response . * Stable and long life * Simple drive circuit APPLICATION: They are used in gas leakage detecting equipment in family and industry, are suitable for detecting of CH4,Natural gas.LNG, avoid the noise of alcohol and cooking fumes and cigarette smoke.
  • MQ-136-Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Sensor Module E-869 Dual signal output (analog output and TTL level output) The TTL output effective signal is low. Analog output 0 ~ 5V voltage, the higher the concentration the higher the voltage. Good sensitivity to hydrogen sulfide, liquefied gas, natural gas, city gas, and smoke. with long service life and reliable stability fast response recovery characteristics
  • Sensitive material of MQ-2 gas sensor is SnO2, which with lower conductivity in clean air. When the target combustible gas exist, The sensor’s conductivity is more higher along with the gas concentration rising. Please use simple electrocircuit, Convert change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration. MQ-2 gas sensor has high sensitity to LPG, Propane and Hydrogen, also could be used to Methane and other combustible steam, it is with low cost and suitable for different application.
  • This module is made using Alcohol Gas Sensor MQ3. It is a low cost semiconductor sensor which can detect the presence of alcohol gases at concentrations from 0.05 mg/L to 10 mg/L. The sensitive material used for this sensor is SnO2, whose conductivity is lower in clean air. It’s conductivity increases as the concentration of alcohol gases increases. It has high sensitivity to alcohol and has a good resistance to disturbances due to smoke, vapor and gasoline. This module provides both digital and analog outputs. MQ3 alcohol sensor module can be easily interfaced with Microcontrollers, Arduino Boards, Raspberry Pi etc.
  • Sensitive material of MQ-4 gas sensor is SnO2, which with lower conductivity in clean air. When the target combustible gas exist the sensors conductivity increases higher along with the gas concentration rising. MQ-4 gas sensor has high sensitivity to Natural gas, Methane and could be used to detect both Methane and Propane. The sensor could be used to detect different combustible gas especially Methane, its low cost and suitable for different application. Features: -High sensitivity to Combustible gas in wide range. -High sensitivity to Natural gas Methane, Coal gas, CO etc gas. -Fast response. -Wide detection range. -Stable performance, long life, low cost. -Simple drive circuit.
  • MQ 6 Gas sensor is used as LPG, Butane and Propane Sensor to generate alarm when there is leakage of these gases from the source. MQ6 is a highly sensitive gas sensor to petroleum based gases but less sensitive to Alcohol and Carbon di oxide. This simple sensor can be installed in the kitchen to give warning alarm if there is leakage of LPG.
  • This is a simple-to-use liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sensor, suitable for sensing LPG (composed of mostly propane and butane) concentrations in the air. The MQ-6 can detect gas concentrations anywhere from 200 to 10000ppm. This sensor has a high sensitivity and fast response time. The sensor’s output is an analog resistance. The drive circuit is very simple; all you need to do is power the heater coil with 5V, add a load resistance, and connect the output to an ADC.
