We generally do not accept returns for:

1. Incorrect product selection by the customer

2. Compatibility-related issues

3. Improper handling or misuse

4. Damage caused after delivery

5. Used, soldered, modified, or physically damaged items

Returns may only be accepted in exceptional cases such as:

1. Wrong item shipped

2. Manufacturing defect

3. Transit-damaged product

4. Missing items in the package

Any return request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be unused and in original condition

2. Original packaging and labels must be intact

3. Proof of purchase/order ID must be provided

4. Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

Rajiv Electronics reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

2. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

In eligible cases, we may provide:

1. Replacement of the product

2. Store credit

3. Refund

Depending on stock availability and issue verification.

The following items are non-returnable:

1. ICs and semiconductor devices damaged due to improper handling

2. Soldered or used components

3. Custom orders or special procurement items

4. Clearance sale items

5. Consumables and batteries

6. Software-related products

If you receive:

1. Damaged package

2. Incorrect item

3. Missing products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Order ID

2. Photos/videos of the package and product

3. Description of the issue

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
