74LS375 DIP-16 Quad D-Type Bistable Latch IC (TTL, 5V)
Description -
The 74LS375 DIP is a TTL logic integrated circuit that functions as a quad D-type bistable latch in a 16-pin Dual Inline Package (DIP). It belongs to the 74LS Low Power Schottky logic family and is designed for temporary data storage, signal latching, and sequential logic applications.
The device contains four independent D-type latches controlled by a common active HIGH enable input. While the enable input is HIGH, data is transferred from the inputs to the outputs. When the enable input goes LOW, the stored data is retained until the next enable cycle. The 74LS375 also provides both Q and Q̅ (complementary) outputs for greater design flexibility.
