CN3302 2.75V to 6.5V PFM Boost Dual-Cell Lithium Battery Charging Control IC SOP-8 (2S Li-Ion Li-Polymer Charger Controller IC)
The CN3302 is a high-efficiency PFM boost-mode battery charging controller IC designed for charging 2-cell (2S) Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer battery packs from low-voltage power sources such as USB. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.75V to 6.5V, the IC supports programmable charging currents up to 4A using external resistors and implements an accurate Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV) charging algorithm. With support for an external MOSFET, charge status indicators, chip enable control, and battery over-voltage protection, the CN3302 is ideal for portable electronics, battery management systems, and embedded charging applications.
