H22A1 Slotted Optical Switch Sensor DIP (H22A1 Opto Interrupter)
The H22A1 Slotted Optical Switch is a through beam optical sensor designed for non contact object detection and position sensing. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon phototransistor placed opposite each other inside a slotted housing. When an object interrupts the IR beam within the slot, the output of the phototransistor changes state, enabling accurate switching and detection.
The H22A1 sensor is widely used in India for embedded systems, industrial electronics, and automation equipment. It is valued for its high reliability, fast response time, and precise detection in applications such as encoder feedback, motor speed sensing, and object counting.
