Five Channel Infrared Tracking Sensor
The Five Channel Infrared Tracking Sensor is a compact optical module designed for multi-point line detection in robotics and automation projects. It integrates five infrared emitter and receiver pairs arranged in a row to detect contrast between surface colors, enabling precise tracking of lines, edges, and paths. Each channel provides a digital output that changes state when it detects a reflective surface, making it easy to interface with microcontrollers for real-time navigation.
This sensor module is ideal for line following robots, maze solvers, autonomous vehicles, and educational robotic platforms. Onboard potentiometers allow you to adjust sensitivity for different surface types. The module includes mounting holes and standard pin spacing for easy integration with development boards like Arduino, ESP series, PIC, and others.
