The IPD50R380CEAUMA1 is a 500V N-Channel CoolMOS™ CE Power MOSFET from Infineon, designed for high-efficiency switching in switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), LED drivers, PFC circuits, adapters, and industrial power applications. Featuring low RDS(on), low gate charge, and fast switching performance, it delivers excellent efficiency and reduced switching losses in high-voltage power conversion circuits. It is housed in a compact DPAK (TO-252) surface mount package.
