The R307 Fingerprint Biometric Sensor is an advanced optical fingerprint recognition module designed for secure authentication and access control applications. It features a high performance DSP processor and onboard flash memory for storing fingerprint templates with fast and accurate matching.

The module communicates through a serial UART interface allowing easy integration with microcontrollers such as Arduino ESP32 STM32 and other embedded systems. It can independently handle fingerprint enrollment comparison and searching reducing the processing burden on the host controller.
