4 Way IR Line Tracking / Following Sensor Module
The 4 Way IR Line Tracking / Following Sensor Module is a compact optical sensing board designed for line detection and tracking applications in robotics and automation systems. It uses four infrared LED and photodiode pairs to detect contrast differences on surfaces such as black lines on white backgrounds. Each sensor channel outputs a digital or analog signal depending on reflectivity, allowing precise edge and line detection for line following robots.
This module is ideal for educational robotics, maze solving bots, and autonomous vehicles requiring real-time path tracking. Its easy to interface pins and adjustable potentiometers for sensitivity tuning make it suitable for microcontroller integration with Arduino, ESP, PIC, and other embedded platforms.
